Election Results and Minutes From the December 12th Meeting


The meeting went off without a hitch at 6 pm PST on December 12th. A video of the meeting appears at the bottom of this post.

The Ballot is closed. The results follow:

All candidates were elected to their proposed positions.
Our President will continue to be Ian Otto.
Our Vice Presidency and the second board seat will remain open.
Our Secretary is now Lisa Lee
Our Treasurer will continue to be Michelle Harvey
Our Fifth board member will remain Sam Farrazaino
Our Sixth board member will remain Kaitlyn Brisch
Our Seventh board member will be Kerry Gates
We welcome Will Jewett to our Eighth board seat!
We welcome Malia Seavey to our Ninth board seat!

Our proposed new bylaws were adopted unanimously. Click HERE to review the new bylaws.

The decision to adopt a DBA of Georgetown Business Association (GBA) was adopted with 75 percent support.
